With global unemployment at historically high levels, there has never been a greater need to put employment in the hands of Job creators. Even among those who work, the extent of poverty underscores the need for a far greater number of productive and decent jobs.
The insufficient pace in creating decent employment in Nigeria points to the need for entrepreneurship to be encouraged at regional and at national levels. Entrepreneurship plays an important role in the development of a country’s economy. Every developed nation have benefited from their entrepreneurs in building the economy, but promoting entrepreneurial growth is a central challenge for individual business owners; We understand that in a modern and technological based society the growth of any business lies in the ability of the business owner to advance his or her business creatively using the best, available and affordable medium. For this simple reason, most creative business owners know that they should participate in fairs, in exhibitions and also make use of the social media to reach out to clients or users of their products.
THE CREATIVE BUSINESS SHOW is designed to play an important part in building and promoting entrepreneurship and creative businesses using our contemporary engaging program which includes exhibition, business consultancy and awards. THE CREATIVE BUSINESS SHOW is a SOCIAL gathering for creative business owners. By creative, we mean any business that falls in the category of ARTS, CRAFTS, DESIGNS, INNOVATION, BRANDING and PROMOTIONS.
ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
On the 25th of August 2015 at a unique exhibition space in Malali Kaduna we set out to execute a six-month plan to reach a different key audience and provide a fun, entertaining and engaging way for creative business owners to impress clients, vendors and employees. It was an unforgettable day of learning of fun and of good business. The event was anchored by the ever creative master of ceremony, Prolific Mike. Exhibitors like Zaron Makeup Studio, Real Eagles Print, Yasco Footwear, Rosa Cosmetics, Divine Destiny Bridal Palace, Mydea’s Pastery, Unique Touch Makeup Studio, Motylka Photography, Maifeek Pastery, Mummy’s Fashion House and other individual creative business owners and vendors came from different parts of Kaduna, from Zaria and Abuja. Hundreds of participants trooped in from 10 am to 5 pm to view and buy products from our Exhibitors. The head of the Creative Team, MAK Lawrence promised that his team will return with a show that will challenge and educate youths to be more creative and productive.
“We are getting set to host a bigger and more entertaining show in February, and we encourage sponsors to come in and take advantage of our unique offer to connect with the greater business community, to build brand awareness and show support of an important cause.”
