I started makeup about a year and a month ago, it was a passionate hobby, which I was very good at. My friends eventual go to me to make it a profession. And that was how it began.
The motivation behind my success i'd say its my parents really, they drive and support me into achieving my goals especially when they see the business grow.
Every woman is my targeted client be it casual or bridal makeup, in northern Nigeria or southern Nigeria. I love making up brides especially, because it gives me pleasure making their face look glamorous on the most important day of their lives.
My major challenge is balancing school and work, which is definitely not easy. Both require a lot of hard work, and I cannot leave one for the othe, its not even an option. So I have learnt to balance both along the way.
I have four people working under me currently, thanks to God almighty. I believe prayer is truly the key to success. I dont know what I'd have done without my good God by my side. The biggest lesson I've learnt so far in the business is to let go, and always let God. My mother is my greatest inspiration and motivation, and i shall forever be grateful to God for blessing me with a supportive family.
The photos i chose to be published here are just few of my best and favorite works thus far. Aside making their faces glam, fabulous or "on fleek" as popularly used nowadays, i also had fun during their sessions. I enjoy what i do, and it has only been getting bigger and better.
